Hi!!!

I’m Liza, a Minnesota girl with fierce cooking skills in the kitchen. Food truly is my love language.

For more than a 15-years, I have been part of a monthly, gourmet, cooking group in the Twin Cities. Over the years we have crushed dinner parties and people began asking how they could join or start their own cooking club. I created Nosh and Gather Pop-Up Dinner Parties so others could be part of this unique dining experience.

Nosh to Go meal delivery service was born years ago when my babies were babies and my girlfriends (who also had babies) and I would batch cook and swap meals once-a-month so we could all push the easy button on busy weeknights. As my kids got older, I kept batching cooking and meal prepping to keep our fridge stocked for the week ahead. Over time, people asked if they could get in on this and pay me to stock their fridge too. The Covid-19 pandemic really launched that part of the business.

After scaling the business to multiple six-figures with a robust staff of badass female chefs, I made the decision to close Nosh and Gather at the end of 2024.

Currently, I still offer private chef services, teach cooking classes and I am working on obtaining my cottage baking license for Porch Picnic Pickups this fall.

When I am not busy cooking in the kitchen, I can be found hanging with my sweet hubs and our 3 kiddos spending time outside, having Beyonce dance parties or reading Harry Potter snuggled on the couch.

I love to travel, whether it is a big trip abroad or a cabin weekend up north. Getting away feeds my foodie inspo and I come back having learned something more about myself too.
